Ceremonial Presentation of FAI Commemorative Medals at the Zlín Municipal Theatre
A ceremonial presentation of commemorative medals took place at the Zlín Municipal Theatre on the occasion of the Ceremonial Assembly of the Faculty of Applied Informatics (FAI) of Tomas Bata University in Zlín. The Dean of the Faculty, doc. Ing. Jiří Vojtěšek, Ph.D., decided to honor individuals who have significantly contributed to the development and building of the faculty. Bronze Commemorative Medals During the ceremony, bronze commemorative medals were awarded to the following individuals, who personally accepted the award from the Dean: prof. Mgr. Roman Jašek, Ph.D., DBA Ing. Petr Dostálek, Ph.D. prof. Ing. Zuzana Komínková Oplatková, Ph.D. doc. Mgr. Zuzana Pátiková, Ph.D. Ing. Karel Perůtka, Ph.D. Ing. David Malaník, Ph.D. Ing. Jana Řezníčková, Ph.D. prof. Ing. Tomáš Vyhlídal, Ph.D. prof. Ing. Vladimír Bobál, CSc. Bronze commemorative medals were also awarded to the following academic staff members who could not attend the assembly; their medals will be presented at a later date: doc. Ing. Zdenka Prokopová, CSc. prof. Ing. Jiří Koziorek, Ph.D. prof. Ing. Boris Šimák, CSc. Silver Commemorative Medals The highest honor, the silver commemorative medal, was awarded to the following laureates for their extraordinary contribution to the development of FAI: prof. Ing. Ján Piteľ, Ph.D. JUDr. Jiří Kameník Ing. Jiří Smrčka, Ph.D. prof. Ing. Petr Noskievič, CSc. A silver commemorative medal was also awarded to prof. Ing.
