Invitation to graduation ceremonies for students of Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programmes

Promotion is a word derived from the Latin promotio – pro-moveo – to push, to encourage. It is known as a ceremonial act in which graduates are ceremoniously presented with diplomas for their academic degrees. It is a festive moment not only for the students, but especially for their loved ones – parents, partners, children and friends. So everyone is cordially invited!!

Graduation ceremonies for Bachelor’s degree programmes at FAI will be held on Monday 15th July 2024
in the Aula of the TBU building in Zlín (U2), Mostní 5139, Zlín, according to the following schedule:

  1. Graduation group – graduates of the study programme will be graduated:
    Information Technology in Administration
    full-time study in Czech language
    Information and Control Technologies
    – full-time study in Czech language
    – part-time study in Czech language
    Intelligent Systems with Robots
    part-time study in Czech language
    Applied Informatics in Industrial Automation
    – full-time study in Czech language
    – part-time study in Czech language
    Graduates meet and rehearse at 8:00 a.m., start at 9:00 a.m.


  2. Graduation group – graduates of the following study programs will be graduated:
    Security Technology, Systems and Management
    – full-time study in Czech language
    – part-time study in Czech language
    Software Engineering
    – part-time study in Czech language
    Graduates meet and rehearse at 10:00 a.m., start at 11:00 a.m.


  3. Graduation group – graduates of degree programs will be graduated:
    Software Engineering
    – full-time study in Czech language
    – full-time study in English language
    Graduating students meet and rehearse at 12:00 p.m., start at 1:00 p.m.


Graduation ceremonies for the continuing master’s degree programmes will be held on Tuesday 16th July 2024 in the Aula of UTB in Zlín (Building U2) on Mostní Street, according to the following schedule:

    1. Graduation group – graduates of the study programme will be graduated:
      Automatic Control and Informatics in Industry 4.0
      – full-time study in Czech language
      – part-time study in Czech language
      Security Technology, Systems and Management
      – full-time study in Czech language
      – part-time study in Czech language
      Teaching Informatics in High Schools
      full-time study in Czech language
      Graduates meet and rehearse at 8:00 a.m., start at 9:00 a.m.


    2. Graduation group – graduates of the following study programs will be graduated:
      Information Technologies
      – full-time study in Czech language and English language
      – part-time study in Czech language
      Graduates meet and rehearse at 10:00 a.m., start at 11:00 a.m.


Attendance at the rehearsal is compulsory, please arrive early.
