International Workshop: AI in Higher Education and Research
8. April 2026Join us for the international workshop Advancing Effective Use of Modern AI in Education for Industry Transitions, taking place on 13–14 April 2026 at the Faculty of Applied Informatics, Tomas Bata University in Zlín.
The workshop is organised as part of the V4AI project and brings together experts from academia, the public sector and industry across Central Europe. It is intended not only for academic staff, but also for students, company representatives, public administration professionals and anyone interested in artificial intelligence and its application in education and practice.
The workshop focuses on current topics related to the use of artificial intelligence in education, research, and practice, and aims to connect the academic and industry spheres. The programme will offer inspiring talks, discussions, and the sharing of experiences from the V4 region and beyond.

Focus of the workshop
The programme will explore the current role of artificial intelligence in higher education, research and collaboration with industry.
